Hercules chases Diana’s Stag
Diana’s beautiful stag lived a long way away. It lived in an enormous forest near Diana’s temple. Diana was a goddess Hercules picked up his bow and arrows and set off. He walked for many days, until he reached the forest. He hid behind some bushes near the temple and waited. At last the stag came running past. The stag had golden antlers, and it was very beartiful. As soon as Hercules saw the stag he chased it. He chased it through enormous forests and over huge mountains. He chased it for a whole year. Then the stag ran back again to Diana’s temple, and went inside.

헤르쿨레스 다이애너의 수사슴을 추격하다
다이애너의 아름다운 수사슴은 멀리 떨어진 곳에 살고 있었습니다. 그것이 사는 곳은 다이애너 신전 가까이에 있는 거대한 숲속입니다. 다이애너는 여신이었습니다. 헤르쿨레스는 활과 화살을 들고 길을 떠났습니다. 그는 여러 날을 걸어서 마침내 그 숲에 다다랐습니다. 그는 신전 가까이에 있는 관목들 뒤에 몸을 숨기고 기다렸습니다. 드디어 수사슴이 달려 지나갔습니다. 수사슴은 금빛 뿔을 가지고 있었으며 매우 아름다웠습니다. 헤르쿨레스는 수사슴을 보자마자 그 뒤를 쫓았습니다. 큰 숲을 통과하고 거대한 산을 넘어 수사슴을 추적했습니다. 그는 만 일 년 동안 수사슴을 뒤쫓았습니다. 그러자 수사슴은 다시 다이애너 신전으로 돌아와 안으로 들어가 버렸습니다.
